Coast Guard aircraft, nine people were believed to be up to the Southern California coast as a result of missing a military helicopter crash Thursday, officials said.
Collision 7:10, about 15 miles in San Clemente Island, off the east Coast Guard spokesman Petty Officer Allyson Conroy said the report.

A pilot in the vicinity of the suspected crash site reported seeing a fireball, the Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said.
